Returns and Refund policy

We uphold a strict policy regarding returns to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain product quality. Please review the following guidelines before proceeding with any return requests:

Change of Mind Returns:

Norganex regrets to inform you that we do not accept change of mind returns. All products must be unopened and unused to qualify for return. Gift inclusions must also be returned alongside the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Faulty/Damaged Goods:

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please follow the steps below for prompt assistance:

  1. Notify Norganex within seven days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide a picture of the damaged item/s.
  3. Norganex will promptly send a replacement item.

Missing Items:

Should you encounter any discrepancies with your order, please adhere to the following procedure:

  1. Notify Norganex within seven days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide a picture of your order for investigation.
  3. Norganex will update you on the status and arrange for a replacement or refund, if necessary.

Allergy Returns:

In the rare event of an allergic reaction to a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Cease use of the product immediately and document the allergic reaction with a photo.
  2. Fill out our returns form and email the photo to us.
  3. The returned product must be less than 10% used.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping for approved returns.
