Shipping Policy

Our shipping policies are designed to ensure timely delivery of your orders while providing clarity and transparency regarding delivery processes and costs. Please review the following information before placing your order:

Order Processing and Shipping:

a.     Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of acceptance.

b.     While Norganex endeavour to process orders promptly, minor delays may occur during peak periods, sales, and promotions.

Delivery Service:

a.     Products are available for delivery within Australia only.

b.     Norganex utilises the services of Australia Post for deliveries.

c.     Norganex accepts no responsibility for late delivery or failure to receive products dispatched by us.

Shipping Times:

a.     Shipping times vary based on your nominated delivery address.

b.     Allow 2-5 business days for metropolitan delivery and 2-10 days for regional and remote destinations.

c.     Transit times are subject to variation due to factors beyond our control and that of the carrier.

Delivery Tracking:

a.     Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number.

b.     Use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier's portal.

Authority to Leave:

a.     A signature is required upon delivery unless the "Authority to Leave" option is selected during checkout.

b.     By selecting this option, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a secure location if no one is available to sign.

Delivery Conditions:

a.     Someone must be present to accept delivery and sign proof of delivery.

b.     Goods will not be left at unattended addresses, and a re-delivery charge may apply, unless you have opted to leave it in a safe place option with Australia Post.

c.     Drivers only deliver to the front door/access point and do not carry goods inside or up stairs.

Delivery Address:

a.     Ensure your delivery address is accessible for truck delivery and allows for manoeuvrability.

b.     Contact us if you're unsure about your address's accessibility for truck delivery.

Delivery Costs:

a.     Australian online orders: We have a shipping flat rate of $11.00 AUD.

b.     For all online orders of $75AUD or more, Norganex offers FREE standard shipping (exclusive of any other offers or discounts).

c.     Costs are calculated and charged during the checkout process.
